Return Window
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Please contact customer service before sending any item back so we can confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.
Return Conditions
- Items must be unworn, unwashed and unaltered.
- Original tags and packaging should be included where possible.
- Items showing signs of use, damage caused after delivery, missing components or unauthorized alteration may be refused.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and clearance reasons, final sale items, intimate items, swimwear without hygiene protection, beauty accessories and items marked non-returnable may not qualify for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review the case and provide the appropriate resolution.
Exchanges
Exchange requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery. Exchange availability depends on inventory and destination. If a direct exchange is not possible, we may provide an alternative resolution based on stock availability and your request.
Refund Timing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected. Processing time depends on your payment provider and bank.
